With natural daylight and state-of-the-art amenities, the Visionary is the ideal space to host your private meetings or any corporate events.

Our boardrooms are beautifully designed to accommodate up to 13 attendees comfortably while providing amenities such as a 65-inch TV, video and audio conference call setup.

The Innovator

The flexible spaces encourage creativity and innovation and can be used for trainings and workshops. The meeting rooms have been carefully appointed to maximize the natural light flow, and the vibrant views of the city of Dubai, and the design of each room encourages an open and engaging environment.

This room can be easily converted to a training or a conference room and can accommodate 20 attendees.

The Prosperity

The 6-seater executive meeting room offers a sophisticated space to host meetings, catalyze ideas, and enthuse innovation.

The Prosperity Room is used for a range of meetings, launches, and quick discussions for a small group.

You can choose from a variety of hospitality service packages at these Business Centres and Lounges to suit any occasion. Any networking event or business event can be held in these exquisite lounge spaces.

From catering the food to décor and making your event even more spectacular, the personnel will handle all of your planning needs. Whether it is a weekday or a weekend, a few hours or all day, you can rent these spaces anytime.

Palazzo Lounge

The Palazzo Lounge is a great space for holding events. The floor to ceiling windows allow natural light to fill the room, making it perfect for daytime events. The space can accommodate up to 15 people and is equipped with highspeed WiFi, a presentation screen, and a projector. Dedicated service is available to ensure that your event runs smoothly.

The Diamond Room

The Diamond Room is another one of our beautiful private lounges that would be perfect for a business meeting or a more casual business gathering. Our resplendent dining table can comfortably seat 10 people, making it a great option for larger groups. The room is decorated with beautiful furnishings, and has an wonderful atmosphere, making it ideal for pleasant business gatherings.

Velvet Lounge

Our Velvet Lounge is one of our most popular private executive lounges that can seat up to 6 people. It’s perfect for special occasions, whether it’s a personal milestone or a business event. It has all the facilities to hold a meeting and the room itself is decorated with beautiful velvety fabrics which makes it the perfect setting.

Dotra members have special access to office space rentals in prime Dubai commercial districts. You can personalise these areas to reflect your own brand identity, corporate culture, and level of privacy. You can choose from a range of floor plans and sizes to suit your business needs and these spaces have exclusive meeting rooms and amenities included in their packages. You can also rent single private office spaces to launch your firm.

Flexi

The members can rent service offices for their flexi business working model. These spaces can hold teams of any size and have an infrastructure for IT and communications, secure Internet, and VPN access at every desk, as well as a well-trained team of receptionists and secretarial/IT support. Each office provides access to our office space solutions, and may accommodate up to 10 remote workers.

Virtual

Virtual offices are perfect for members who seek to have a registered business address without being there physically, With a focus on organised phone and mail management services, Dotra members can rent these professional virtual offices. All of these virtual offices are managed by a fully qualified team of multilingual personnel who adhere to the highest standards of professionalism, etiquette, and business ethics. Effective interior design principles are included into these virtual workspaces to encourage a collaborative, free-flowing, inspiring, and creative work atmosphere.
